Facility Memberships

Before being allowed to play at the Athletico Center, ALL Partner-program and League participants (Champions League Soccer, Indoor Flag Football, Chicagoland Feeder Basketball) must have an active Annual Membership ($35 per player or $60 per family of two or more) and an active waiver on file prior to the team’s first game.

Both the signing of the liability waiver and membership payment will be available upon accessing/building your Daysmart Recreation account. Please see below for step-by-step instructions on how to access and/or create your Daysmart account.

Instructions to Create an Account:

  • To create a new account, please click the link above. Once on the login screen, please click the “Create an account” button at the bottom of the page.
  • Fill in all required information for yourself (Parent/Guardian/Adult).
  • Once completed, you may “+ add a child” by clicking the button located just below your contact information.
    • You must build a profile for every child that will be participating
  • After all family information has been entered, click the button to “Submit” your membership at the bottom of the page.
    • Immediately upon submission, you will be redirected to the Waiver page. After reading, please select all family members to whom the waiver applies, and click the “Accept” button.
  • You will receive an email from Daysmart Recreation confirming your account, and asking you to confirm your email address to finalize registration.
  • Click on your Daysmart Recreation Dashboard (left side of screen) and then click “Memberships” to add the appropriate membership to your account; follow the on-screen prompts to purchase and finalize your membership.

Team Invitations:

  • For participants in the following leagues, your coach/director/manager will send you (via Daysmart Recreation email) an “invite” to join your specific roster:
    • Champions League Soccer
    • Chicagoland Feeder Basketball
    • Indoor Flag Football
  • Upon Accepting your team invite, you will be prompted to choose and pay for your facility membership. Once the transaction is complete, your team reservation is finalized and you will be allowed to participate in league games.
  • Anyone accepting a team invitation with a prior membership already on file will not be prompted to purchase an additional membership.
  • Only one membership per individual/family is required annually. Athletes participating in multiple programs at the facility will not need to purchase additional memberships per sport/activity/season.
